The Dead Sea Scrolls, also called the Qumran Caves Scrolls, are a set of ancient Jewish manuscripts from the Second Temple period. They were discovered over a period of 10 years, between 1946 and 1956, at the Qumran Caves near Ein Feshkha in the West Bank, on the northern shore of the Dead Sea.
The Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered in eleven caves along the northwest shore of the Dead Sea between the years 1947 and 1956. The area is 13 miles east of Jerusalem and is 1300 feet below sea level. The mostly fragmented texts, are numbered according to the cave that they came out of.
Qumran is a national park in the northern Judean desert in Israel. The site got its fame from being the location where the legendary Dead-Sea scrolls were discovered in the Qumran caves. Besides the impressive archeological findings, it has incredible stories surrounding it.

I actually like using that map as well. This map helped me determine where to build my camps. I've built 2 big camps (Yacht and Middle of the river) and small checkpoint places on the islands to where you can hunt sea turtles.
