20 kwi 2020 · Memory runs better in dual channel mode, and in order to achieve that, you need to install 2 x 4 GB, 2 x 8 GB or 2 x 16 GB, etc. So, if you plan on one day upgrading to 32 GB, by all means, add a 16 GB chip to the 8 GB chip for 24 GB.
