25 lip 2013 · It’s a 6 shot 22 Short, revolver with German proof marks. She’s 6 inches in total length, with a 2 1/4in barrel. As usual the polymer front sight was missing as was missing and the loading Cylinder Ejection Pin.
The Maverick is designed to use .22 short ammunition, which is loaded or ejected through the small window on the right side of the frame. This window aligns on the rear pull of the charging handle. Use two fingers on the charging handle, and brace the rear of the frame with your thumb to hold the cylinder in position while loading and ejecting.
26 maj 2015 · I just purchased a new Story 8-round 22 WMR cylinder off MidwayUSA for my Single Six Convertible (gives me 8 rounds of 22 WMR instead of 6) and it fit like it was "OEM Ruger". Locked up tight, timed perfectly....no gunsmithing needed.
5 kwi 2004 · After shooting a few cylinders full, I could barely pull the trigger any more. Read somewhere that that was a free feature of this gun. They look pretty nice from a distance but if they are not Saturday night specials, they are junk.
If installed properly you should not be able to pull it out. • The following ammunition can be fired in the Long Rifle Cylinder: 22LR, LONG, SHORT, CB & SHOT. • Only 22 Magnum ammo can be fired in the 22 Magnum Cylinder. • Only 6-shot cylinder will work in 6-shot gun. • Only 9-shot cylinder will work in 9-shot gun.
