8 cze 2007 · Turn the thumbwheel up to brighten the lights or down to dim them. I interpret that statement to mean the panel is 'On' when you turn on the ignition. You can then brighten or dim as needed. Or, like on most cars, rotate the dimmer switch fully and the panel lights turn 'On'.
