Each state high school association adopting NFHS wrestling rules is the sole and exclusive source of binding rules interpretations for contests involving its member schools. Any person having questions about the interpretation of NFHS wrestling rules should contact Darin Boysen at the NSAA office.
The NFHS offers digital rules publications through NFHS AllAccess. You can access/purchase digital publication from AllAccess.org and download the AllAccess mobile app on the Apple and Google Play stores, while print publications can be purchased on NFHS.com.
Click on the rulebook you wish to view/download. Click on the book to open/view. Oficials will only have access to books in which they are currently registered. Digital rule books are distributed and available on an every other year basis. Rule books will be available prior to each sport season.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (May 3, 2010) — A revision in the appropriate dress for weigh-ins in high school wrestling was among four rules changes approved by the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) Wrestling Rules Committee at its April 5-7 meeting in Indianapolis.
