  4. 4 sty 2011 · Options. The ram is soldered to the motherboard. When you remove the SSD, which is secured with a t6 torx screw you can clearly see the memory modules. The modules are spread out on the actual logic board rather than a removable memory module.

  7. Upgrading Macbook Air. Hi guys, I bought my MacBook air 2010 with 2GB ram last 3/4 months ago for 100 euros. Now, I feel like the memory is insufficient to multitask according to workflow. Everything is good except the memory is low I am thinking about swapping the whole motherboard for it.
