The Little League Tee Ball Curriculum is available online free of charge for all chartered teams. Leagues, coaches, and parents are encouraged to use this Curriculum in conjunction with the resources below to provide a fulfilling Little League experience.
The Little League Baseball® program includes baseball divisions for all children, ages 4–16. The baseball divisions consist of the following: Tee Ball, Minor League, Major Division, Intermediate (50/70), Junior, and Senior Leagues.
Tee-Ball Division. Tee-Ball is designed for 5 – 6 year-olds as an introduction to the sport of baseball, often times serving as a child's first foray into the world of organized sports. As its name implies, batters hit softer safety baseballs off a stationary tee to players who are, more-or-less, playing positions in the field.

The Little League Tee Ball Curriculum is a 10-week plan that features structured learning highlighted by one practice and one game per week. Over the course of the season, coaches and parents will engage in a series of lessons utilizing up to 40 activities that include skills, drills and plenty of physical activity.
For Tee Ball and Baseball programs, Little League's "league age" for a Spring program is the player's age as of August 31 of the current calendar year. For example, a baseball player who is currently 10 but will turn 11 in July 2021 is considered "league age" 11 for the 2021 spring season.
