20 lut 2009 · Remove the engine lid, remove the trunk lid, detach basic stuff from engine (wiring, hoses, axles, etc), and pull. You don't need to remove the trans, or the intake manifold, or even the catalytic converter (at least on the N/A, the turbos may require you to remove the cat, but that's not hard).
Loosen (but not remove) engine mount bolts to body. Disconnect everything from the top of the engine, support it, unbolt mounts, lower engine unto trolley. Lift body clear, roll engine out.
12 lis 2004 · Here's a shot showing a ratchet removing the hidden bolt, which gives you a better idea of its location: Remove both of the bolts. They are of different lengths (the shorter one nearer the right side of the motor), so mark them after removal.
