This calculator is designed to give the vertical length (height) of a particular antenna, for the frequency and wavelength chosen. This does NOT take into consideration the type or size of horizontal reflectors, of even if there is a need for them.
This tool calculates the physical dimensions of a 160 meter dipole antenna. At 160 meters, the dipole length (L) is 249.8 feet. The length of each element of the dipole (l) is half of that at 124.9 feet.
Loaded Quarter Wave Antenna Inductance Calculator. Here is a formula and calculator for creating a loaded (shortened) quarter wave vertical or balanced dipole. The original javascript was created by Jack Ponton and can be seen here.
5 cze 2021 · The Antenna Calculator for Half-Wave Dipoles. Enter your desired frequency (MHz) of operation (i.e. 3.55). If you have no particular preference within a given ham radio band, then simply enter its center frequency (i.e. 7.15 for the 40 meter band).
Dipole Antenna Calculator. The measurements below are for building a simple Dipole Antenna. The Wire Size can range from 16 AWG to 12 AWG. The larger the wire, the wider the bandwidth. The antenna is designed to be fed with 50 or 75 Ohm Coax Cable of most any length with a Balun. Place a 1:1 Balun on the Antenna end of the Feedline.
