24 gru 2014 · A 12 gram CO2 cartridge, known commercially as a Powerlet, contains 12 grams of CO2 in a liquid/gas equilibrium. The cartridge is made of thick steel with a thin welded cap. When the cap is pierced, the CO2 rapidly expands. Cartridges can be purchased in bulk for around fifty cents each.

13 wrz 2009 · I'm hearing that a 12 gram cartridge will reach only about 85-90 psi and that a 16 gram will get up to about 100-105 psi. Does anyone know what the 'facts' are? Or just comment on your experience.
11 sie 2019 · I'm the very proud owner of an Umarex 850 M2 .22 which, as standard, uses an 88g CO2 cartridge. I do, however, tend to use the Walther CO2 adaptor in the 850 thus using 2 x 12g cartridges. Apart from the difference in shot count, is there a difference in pressure between an 88g and a 12g?
13 gru 2019 · The matter of CO2 pressure may seem intimidating at first, but knowing the basics makes it easier to understand matters such as velocity and how many shots per cartridge. CO2 is carbon dioxide compressed in a cylinder tank capable of powering an airgun.
17 cze 2022 · There is about 90 psi in a 12 grams pressurized gas/liquid CO2 cartridge. The CO2 contained in a 12 grams cartridge is in a state of gas to liquid equilibrium hence that amount of psi. But as well established, a confined CO2 matter changes pressure due to unstable temperature change.
