Actually this topic is pretty complex and depends on what are you trying to find: games with native 1080p resolution OR games which run in 1080p container (but may have different internal resolution and scaled up/back to 1080p).
The places you will get 1080p are largely the smaller PSN games. Wipeout HD is one of the few games I would consider close to AAA which is actually natively 1080p. Beyond that games like Pixeljunk Shooter and other small PSN titles, etc, I believe are 1080p.

11 lut 2022 · Latency and stability seemed improved and even though most of the PS3 games run at 720p you can still stream it at 1080p. I was able to play Ratchet & Clank Into the Nexus and even do some racing in Motorstorm Apocalypse without issue.
