To CFA Level 2 & 3 candidates! I know how daunting it can be to remember all those formulas, especially for Level 2 and 3. With the August exams starting today, I thought I'd share Formula Sheets I compiled to help streamline your revision and make things a tad easier.
15 mar 2017 · When I was studying, I tried to find a good resource that (1) offered hope and (2) provided a few good tips on how to approach studying with very limited time. This approach was my way of maximizing bang for buck, and it worked.
Figure formulas that can be derived. For CFO, FCFE and FCFF from NI, and you can figure out how to get from one to other. Write more than twice, motor memories real. Look over the LOS if says calculate write those formulas twice, if it interpret, give much less focus.
The Level II exam will be 4 hours and 24 minutes, split into two equal sessions of 2 hours and 12 minutes, with an optional break in-between. Question format. The CFA Level II exam is standardized with 11 item sets for each session, for a total of 22 on the exam. Twenty of these items are scored, and two are being trialed and will not be scored.
There is no limit to the amount of time you have to complete the CFA Program. Beginning with the 2021 computer-based exams, each level exam can be taken twice each year, with a total of six maximum attempts per exam level.
