Talent changes: Arcane Intensity, Volatility, Heat Wave and Honed Aggression are now all 1-talent points (grants rank 2 effect with 1 talent point). Charged Blast: Every stack now grants 10% increased Pyre damage (up from 5%), stacking up to 10 times (down from 20). Maximum damage unchanged (+100%). Also reduces thread generated by Pyre by 50%.
