11 gru 2020 · Generally the conversion doesn’t require any tools, just unscrew the head of the light, take out the incandescent bulb and replace with the correct MagLite LED bulb upgrade. Below I will outline which bulbs work with what MagLite and the benefits/features of each.
When converting from halogen bulb to LED there are often multiple eligible cross-reference bulbs. Many bulbs will use the same base and connectors while the different model numbers will be determined by color and wattage.
When swapping out your old incandescent or halogen bulbs for more energy-efficient CFL or LED bulbs, you may wish to have a comparison to ensure you get the same level of brightness (lumens) from your bulb. To assist you, we have provided a handy conversion table below.

4 wrz 2022 · From the table, a 9-watt incandescent bulb is equivalent to a 1-watt LED bulb. A 60-watt LED equivalent is 7-9 watts. A 100-watt incandescent bulb produces 1600 lumens of light, while a 12-14 watt LED gives off the same.
In the calculator, select Watts to Lumens as the conversion type, enter the value 35 and select the item Light bulb for comparison. After a click on the calculate button the luminous flux is displayed in lumens. The result should serve as a guideline for the brightness of the new LED lights.
