Download the GoldenEye ROM here: https://en.softonic.com/download/goldeneye-007-xbla/windows/post-download. Extract all files from the 'GoldenEye 007 XBLA.7z' file into the 'Xenia' folder. Connect a controller: If you have an Xbox One or 360 controller, just connect it to your PC bluetooth or a micro USB cable.
Although it might look complicated, it's actually rather easy to play GoldenEye 007 XBLA on PC. All you need is Xbox 360 emulator, a GoldenEye 007 XBLA Retail ROM file, and a controller, although you can use a keyboard as well.

(click on master and it will start downloading)
I updated the Mouse Hook patch to the latest Xenia Canary to take advantage of the improved performance fixes and the XMA decoding which fixes the audio loop in the BGMs of this and other games, no longer will the BGMs stop at mid level.
