I own three sh.28 engines..... I have done the XTM Sleeve Mod to the 3 port engine and I can confirm that there is a Significant increase in top end power. I also own the XTM version (457) and there are a few Differences. 6 port sleeve/piston as opposed to 3 port (which we already know).
All in all, the ZR.28 Spec.4 offers more torque with better adjustability and improved responsiveness. Otherwise being a giant, it is a true midget in its dimensions. Due to its compact construction the engine can be used as a direct replacement to the .21 engines.
