Program Zond (ros. Зонд, pl. Sonda) – nazwa, pod którą odbywały się loty w ramach dwóch różnych programów radzieckich bezzałogowych lotów kosmicznych. W latach 1963–1965 w kierunku Wenus, Marsa i Księżyca wysyłane były sondy kosmiczne typu 3MW [1], które w przypadku udanego startu otrzymywały nazwę Zond.
19 lut 2024 · Misja ta miała w założeniu być powtórzeniem misji Zond 5 i 6, ale z powodu przedwczesnego wyłączenia jednego z silników drugiego stopnia doszło do jej przerwania. Misja została zakończona 20 stycznia 1969 bezpiecznym lądowaniem kapsuły.
Zond 5 (Russian: Зонд 5, lit. 'Probe 5') was a spacecraft of the Soviet Zond program. In September 1968 it became the first spaceship to travel to and circle the Moon in a circumlunar trajectory, the first Moon mission to include animals, and the first to return safely to Earth.

Zond 6 was a formal member of the Soviet Zond program, and an unpiloted version of the Soyuz 7K-L1 crewed Moon-flyby spacecraft. It was launched on a lunar flyby mission on November 10, 1968, from a parent satellite (68-101B) in Earth parking orbit.
18 wrz 2018 · After a 3-day journey, Zond 5 passed 1,950 kilometers above the Moon’s farside and began its trip back toward Earth. At a distance of about 90,000 kilometers, the spacecraft took photographs of Earth.
