Both are grammatical and fine to use in conversation. I use "looking good" when I'm encouraging someone to keep doing whatever it is they're doing. For example, "You're looking good! The first is continuous present, which implies an ongoing state, the second is present, which only describes how you look right now. In almost all cases the two can be used interchangeably.
