Connecting to a different router or even my phone hotspot (with or without compatibility mode turned on) haven't helped. I've scoured the internet looking for solutions and tried formatting, resetting network settings, manually configuring the IP/DNS settings, using a wired connection, and even swapping in a new Wifi Card, all with the same result.
