Outlook Apps Impacted: New, Web, and Outlook.com. Microsoft is aware of the My Template issue and is currently investigating.
16 kwi 2024 · To access your email templates in the new Outlook, follow the steps below: 1. When composing a new message, go to the "Insert" tab. 2. Click "Apps" 3. Click "My Templates" Your email templates will show up like how it used to. Templates are still there, just with extra steps.
Default location it builds in is: C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates. Then you can copy the file to other profiles. How to access this file from Outlook is: New Items>More Items>Choose Form. Look In: User Templates in File System. Select you OFT file.
