The Wendigo Cultists are a group of indistinguishable Non-Player Characters added in Undead Legends. Occupying the formerly Abandoned Tribal Camp, they wear Cultist robes and Wendigo Hats, with Horn Bows slung across their backs. They all appear to be bald.
