A visual style is a set of bitmaps and other graphics used to modify the Windows user interface, which was introduced in Windows XP. These visual style downloads only contain the files used to change your windows XP desktop themes, nothing else. They only contain the .msstyles and .theme files. No sign-up or registration is needed to download these free skins.
