21 paź 2021 · Does anyone know if you can view future-dated payments anywhere in the Virgin Money app? I find this app particularly confusing to navigate. You can see Standing Orders by clicking move money then click on the three dots in the top right corner.
If you see a transaction you don’t recognise (pending or not), check your account via the Virgin Money Credit Card app. Tap the transaction to see more information, including the type of company, their address (sometimes this is the head office, not the place of purchase), the date the transaction was made and any reference.
