Saudi Arabia’s King Abdulaziz University tops the table for the second year of the ranking, with the Kingdom claiming five of the top 10, including King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in second place. Qatar University claims third place, while institutions in the United Arab Emirates and Egypt also feature in the top 10.
In the 10th edition, QS World University Rankings: Arab Region 2024 evaluates institutions based on global recognition, research prowess, teaching resources and internationalisation –presenting 223 institutions spanning 18 Arabic countries (the largest to date).
