Tool was founded in 1990 by vocalist Maynard James Keenan and guitarist Adam Jones, [1] who then recruited drummer Danny Carey and bassist Paul D'Amour.
Tool has won four Grammy Awards, [1] performed worldwide tours, and produced albums topping charts in several countries. The band has released five studio albums, one EP and one box set.
