Keisuke Baji (場地 バジ 圭介 けいすけ , Baji Keisuke?) is a former member of Valhalla. He is also a founding member and the former First Division Captain (壱番隊 隊長, Ichiban-tai Taichō?) of the Tokyo Manji Gang. He is one of two protagonists of the Tokyo Revengers: Letter from Keisuke Baji spin-off series.

As he entered middle school, Baji became one of the founding members of the Tokyo Manji Gang. He stood beside Mikey, Draken, Kazutora, Pah-Chin, and Mitsuya. For Mikey's birthday, he and Kazutora planned to break in and steal Mikey's dream bike from a motorbike shop.

Baji Keisuke is a childhood friend of Mikey's who started Toman and is the commander of its first division. Baji is first shown to the viewer when Takemichi is taken to Valhalla headquarters by Kazutora. Baji is about to beat up his close friend and vice commander Chifuyu in front of the assembled Valhalla crew to prove his loyalty.
