As the name suggests, Endless Mode is a mode with an infinite number of waves, where you are tasked with getting as far as you can without losing to the toilets. There will be rewards when you beat a wave. It is confirmed by Telanthric that completing at least 50% of one wave can get the reward of the wave.
Used as a Mid-Game Meta DPS unit, it's AOE and single target is also useful for attacking strong bosses like the frost skeleton toilet, also good for killing glitch toilets, because it's AOE and long range. Future Large Clockman (or its Golden variant,) <--- Also does good DPS and SLOWING.
