I'm currently without internet in my home, but I have Witcher 3 installed. However, I have the voices in English, and I would like them to be polish. I can't download them through Steam because I have no internet, and I don't have the game on gog to do it through there.
18 wrz 2016 · If you access your GOG.com library, and select whichever language you want to download (either from the drop-down menu next to 'Game Downloads', or from 'GOG Downloader Links'), there is now a 2.0.0.52 version available for each language.

The Polish and English voice-over language packs are available for downloading. You can get them from here: - Polish - English Additionally, all The Witcher 2 users can change the Text Language of the game to the one that suits them best by updating to patch 1.2. Patch 1.2 includes the text strings for all the language versions of the game.
If you lack the Polish voiceovers right-click The Witcher 2 in Steam Library, select Properties, open Language tab, and select polski (Polish). If you don't already have it Steam should download it. Afterwards open Launcher -> Options and in Voice-over Language select PL.
