There are Fighters Guild halls in every city (except Kvatch and the Imperial City), but you can only sign up in three cities: Anvil (talk to Azzan), Cheydinhal (talk to Burz gro-Khash), or Chorrol (talk to Vilena Donton).
The Fighters Guild gained greater prominence during the early Third Era under Emperor Uriel I. In 3E 397, the guild maintained a hall in Skyrim-occupied Western Dragonstar, led by Dominus. In 3E 405, the guild also operated in many locations around Iliac Bay.

In Morrowind the guild maintains branches in Ald'ruhn, Balmora, Wolverine Hall and Vivec. It is possible to join the Guild in any of these places, but the most usual person to ask - and the only one who has quests suitable for the really green rookie - is Eydis Fire-Eye of Balmora .
