Mother is a boss added in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance and the only boss of the second floor of the Corpse, as well as the final boss of Ending 21. Upon entering the boss room in Corpse II, the room is empty except for a hole in its center.
At the end of the Mines you will see a door spawn that requires you to give up health to enter. This will bring you to the Mausoleum, you have to beat the Mom there which will spawn the flesh door (don't know it's technical term). The regular mom fight in the Depths won't spawn that door.
