He’s been poisoned, “So whatever kind of crazy crap you think you’ve been seeing, it’s not real.” But Sam is real, apparently. He said so.
One day, Dean finds scratches of Djinn in several places and he chases the supernatural being. When his is attacked by the Djinn, he is saved by Sam that tells him that he was released from hell one year ago and teamed-up with their Grandfather Samuel and three Campbells.
