Whilst Subnautica has VR options built into the game, it is often in a unplayable state. This fixes a lot of the common major problems, including making a cursor visible when selecting the menu and ingame menus (like inventory). This is a must to get it working correctly.
I'm thinking of picking Subnautica up to be exclusively used in VR. I know it's not a full VR port since it requires a controller, but I would be willing to put up with that if everything else works well. I also understand that there is an enhancement mod for VR.
22 kwi 2024 · The game does not require strong vr legs. The game doesn't like alternating vr - flat version. I don't know if it's up to date, but it was better to use the legacy beta. It's a game from group that used to be called "vr support" - i.e. no vr hands. (You control with an Xbox gamepad).
A mod aiming to make Subnautica an immersive VR game by modernizing its VR Support. If you want to play the game in its original VR Mode with a traditional Xbox or PS4 Controller, I recommend using the Subnautica VR Enhancements Mod instead.
