I highly recommend the Steelcase 462 Leap V1 Highback and V2 chairs. Edit three years later (10/2023): I still love my Leap V1 Highback! Edit 12/15/2023: I am traveling right now and using another generic office chair for the last week.
The Leap v2 does have adjustable seat depth and also the front of its seat pan is flexible. The Steelcase Amia has that too. But if you tried a bunch of high-end chairs and you didn't like any of them, then maybe it's not worth for you to spend so much.
