If no timer is present, just assume it is at the daily store refresh @10am Pacific Time. i'd say go by whatever time the developer is in midnight usually works. That is less of the case for Steam releases.
The unlock time differs based on the game, the region you're in and even who you are. For example, Deus Ex: Human Revolution unlocks August 23, 2011 in the US, August 25, 2011 in Australia, August 26, 2011 in Europe and September 8, 2011 in Japan.
If I remember correctly, you can do this; Lock those achievements again, let a week pass and begin unlocking them 1 at a day for newer but normal looking timestamps. Reply reply Major-Fudge
Just before a game's release on Steam, on it's store page it'll say "This game will unlock in approximately **days/hours". I know if you pre-order the digital copy of a Steam game, you can pre-load the game before release/"unlock".

23 maj 2017 · My problem is the actual time displayed when I unlock an achievement. Today for example it says Unlocked 10 Feb @ 9:18am while I was playing it at 6pm. How can I change this? Is it my timezone or something?
