Now if you have a UHD display and the tiny text is, well tiny, you can get the scaling back via this method: - Go to Steam properties by right-clicking the app or shortcut > Compatibility > Change high DPI settings > High DPU scaling override - select System Enhanced.

I have had the issue for months, and I still haven't found a solution. I have two 980m GPUs running in SLI. For example, whenever I scroll on the steam store page, there is major horizontal screen tearing around the middle of my screen. I am on the Steam Beta client. I am also running Windows 10.
I have been trying to fix screen tearing for when I scroll in the client. I actually somewhat fixed it by changing my resolution to 1920x1080, but I wonder if it could be fixed in 4k. Chrome works beautifully, games work wonderfully, but the client itself runs like potato hopping on one leg.
