28 lut 2023 · SqlLocalDB.exe is a simple tool that enables the user to easily manage LocalDB instances from the command line. It is implemented as a simple wrapper around the LocalDB instance API. As in many similar SQL Server tools (for example, SQLCMD), parameters are passed to SqlLocalDB as command-line arguments and output is sent to the console.
This feature can be used by SQL Server Database Administrators to connect to a SQL Server Instance when the database engine is not responding to regular connections. When you are using the SQLCMD utility from a command line, SQLCMD uses the OLEDB provider to connect to SQL Server.
