Parasitology Research, formerly known as Zeitschrift für Parasitenkunde (German for Journal for Parasite Study) is a journal founded by Albrecht Hase (born March 16, 1882, died November 20, 1962), a German entomologist and parasitologist.
The journal Parasitology Research covers the latest developments in parasitology across a variety of disciplines, including biology, medicine and veterinary medicine. Among many topics discussed are chemotherapy and control of parasitic disease, and the relationship of host and parasite.
Chapters offer compact but intense insights into the ongoing research and into the methods and technologies used to control parasites. The volumes in the series build on these topics, and the volume editors are well-known experts in their respective fields.
