Since Vicious is a high attack bee, % attack will benefit it more than +1, but both will do a great job improving its functions. Ability rate is also acceptable as it boosts Impale rate. Anything else is not worth it for obvious reasons.
lion bees or spicy bees. I suggest have multiple gifted lion bees, but seeing as you're in the 25 bee area, don't really focus on attack that much. If you really want, get a few looker/commander/music bees. Lion and Demon are good attack bees, and Vicious Bee is definitely worth grinding for.
Generally unless you’re ignoring attack completely you want three bees with rage tokens (so like ideally 1 gifted rage bee, 2 gifted spicy bee). If you’re not red, you generally don’t want more than 2 spicy bees though.
