I’m looking for a high elf build. High elves are the tallest height race in the game. They run fastest (+10%) and has the highest melee damage (+10%). It is common to think they are suited for mage build but their race advantage makes them more suited for melee build.
Use magic. Buy spells from the court wizard, usually in each hold's keep. Read the books to learn them. Each time you use a spell, you gain experience with that college of magic. Instead of armor, wear robes that give you magic bonuses, and use alteration spells to increase your armor rating or restoration spells to ward off or heal damage.
