No matter what sliders I choose for Manager Career it does nothing. The only thing that changes anything is the Difficulty from World Class, Professional, Legendary etc. The sliders are stuck on Classic mode and this game is not playable since the last update. The sliders WERE working. Increasing Marking was WORKING. Speed and Accell were WORKING.

I saw users on other threads advise to move the EA folder to the desktop and try running a new game. I did that and build mode worked fine. No crashing. I couldn't find information on what to do after trying that and the game working fine, so I moved the folder back into my "Documents" folder, where it was originally.

I start up my game, select my Xbox profile, the game proceeds to load for about 2.5 minutes, then crashes without ever loading the main menu or loading into any saved data.

Accepted Solution. #2. a month ago. Options. puzzlezaddict. Hero. @DoggyCupcake As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.
