Gallery hasn't worked since the first update that broke it, and the third latest update still hasn't fixed it for me. I don't have a newsfeed anymore and my favorites are missing. I'm still seeing multiple uploads.

1. Most often it is caused by your Tray folder - your library - being overloaded. If you have too many objects in your library sometimes Gallery will not load. 15 lis 2023 · Resolution attempts already tried: Before posting my problem, I tried A LOT of solutions (the goal is not to bother here so that the answer is "Have you tried turning off and on your computer"). Restart the computer. Restart the Sims 4. Delete all Documents/ElectronicArts/Sims4 folder.
Neutral/Not Sure. In the first picture you can see my profile with some shared households in it, but in the second one you can see "all" of my shared households/houses/etc from the "latest" one to the oldest one. But the "latest" one isnt actually the latest one, because its from 2020, but the "pinned" household on the first picture is from 2021.
I can also access Origin in game, but not the gallery. I have tried turning off my firewall, making exceptions, etc and nothing has worked. I have deleted the demo from my games in Origin.I have also tried to uninstall both Origin and The Sims 4, but neither worked. I at one point was able to connect online and use the gallery.

Step 4. Check if you still have this problem in the newly created game folder. Start a new game with random sims and play by 5 minutes. If the problem disappeared. Step 5. Delete in the new game folder following folders: "saves" and Tray. Step 6. Go to "The Sims 4" old folder and copy - your "saves " folder.
I can't connect to the Gallery. There are several causes for this. Firewall or Antivirus are blocking the connection. Make sure to allow access Origin/EA app and The Sims 4 through your security software (please consult the manual of your software on how to do that). There's an issue with your connection.
