Hello, I keep trying to buy in the rewards store with satisfaction points, but not working. It takes the points away but it’s not showing I bought anything. I click it over and over again and only takes points away, nothing else.

I checked in-game and it is only the store content that is missing - other custom content is showing up fine. I deleted and re-downloaded all store content, then I installed the freshly downloaded files into my game. This did not fix the issue and the items are all still missing when I try to start the game. Me too.
Store content not working on EA App - possible solution. Disclaimer: I use Steam, I don't have Origin or the EA app, so I have no way of testing it - but based on the thread it appears to work. If you try this, please post if it does/doesn't work.
In the end, for store content to be store content according to the game, the game basically verifies the package type through their API, connecting to the store site. If the api is in some way offline, the game seemingly picks up on basically information inside the package.
I've seen a few reports recently of the base game and WA not granting points either, so it may not work anymore. But I'll ask around.
I bought a couple things from the store today and once I went into my purhcase history to download them into my game, I'm prompted w an error message that says "The Sims 3 World Adventures quit unexpectedly". I have all the EP's, SP'S, and a lot of other store content that I've downloaded ages ago.
