11 cze 2021 · I play Minecraft on java edition and I decided to create a server. I'm going to multiple youtube videos and tutorials on the internet and nothings helping. here's the problem: when I install server.jar it won't let me open it.
30 lis 2021 · So I run a small server just for my friends from my pc using Ngrok to port forward and a start.bat file to initiate everything to start the server. However I just went to download the newest server file from the launcher in order to run the server on the newest update and for some reason the server.jar file wont run.
after download the server from https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download/server. and download java from https://www.java.com/en/download/. i keep getting a java error when launching. Java Virtual Machine Launcher.

3 wrz 2021 · I couldn't open my 1.17.1_server.jar with Java 8 so I download Java 16.0.2. Unfortunately, everytime I was opening the 1.17.1_server.jar file, I got "The Java JAR file "1.17._server.jar" could not be launched." . I first thought that it was because the file was launch by Java 8 instead of 16.
Hey guys I've been trying to setup a minecraft server, but I can't run the server file. I checked my java version and that is all in order. When executing the commad i get: Error: Unable to access jarfile minecraft_server.1.16.5.jar. Anyone knows how to fix this? Thanks.
