If none of these work for you or you have not been lucky, just build Intel center lvl 1 (or lvl 2 can’t really remember off the top of my head right now) and just craft them. The craft gives you 3 FIR Flash Drives, enough to complete either Skier or Jaeger flash drive quest in one go.
