Secret Meeting Details drop from Mok'gol Pack-Leaders in Mok'gol Watchpost in Nagrand. It is used to unlock the Signal Horn.
The Secret Meeting Details are dropped by a Mok'gol Pack-Leader. He would be marked on the map as Mok'gol War Party.
In order to use Signal Horn you need to obtain Secret Meeting Details. Secret Meeting Details seems to be dropping from random mobs in Mok'Gol Watchpost. When you have obtained Secret Meeting Details you need to go to 42,36 and click on Signal Horn to summon the mobs.

20 kwi 2015 · Finding Gortag and Krahl is a bit more involved. These two mobs appear together, but must be summoned first. In the course of your pillaging, you may have run across the Secret Meeting Details, dropped by the Mok’gol Pack Leaders. These are required to call the final Mok’gol orcs. After looting the Details, run to the large central hut again.
