Day 1 you will get Mana Run and Mana Climb. Mana run is just regular run except you run much faster, about (insert MR speed relative to regular run speed here) faster (untrainable)! Mana climb allows you to scale huge walls (trainable).
Any island in the Gem Sea is considered good for training mana and mana climb, as it is rarely visited, though some ultras come around every now and then. The Church Of Ardor's back room is also a very good place to train climb.
