In this (very optional) add-on, Sims can terminate pregnancies, accompany spouses to pregnancy termination, and experience the myriad of emotions that such a difficult decision can bring – differently according to pregnancy preferences as chosen in Mod 1 of course.
The mod is divided into three modules: 1. Sexual health and realistic pregnancy. 2. Sexually transmitted diseases. 3. The adoption system, abortions, pregnancies outside of marriage and adolescents. Now your Sims will not be able to enjoy carefree pleasures in bed, because they risk contracting dangerous viruses and sexually transmitted infections.

26 mar 2022 · It will make it so that instead of assigning varied fertility rates to Sims, the mod will give every sim the same fertility rate (25% for sims who can be impregnated, average for Sims who can impregnate).
