Refreshing your receiver. Many issues, including channels missing from the guide, can be fixed by refreshing (reauthorizing) your receiver. To refresh: Go to My equipment & services. Review the equipment you have and identify the impacted receiver (s). Select Refresh receiver to begin.

Many issues, including channels missing from the guide, can be fixed by refreshing (reauthorizing) your device with DIRECTV. To refresh: Review the equipment you have and identify the impacted device (s). Select Refresh device. This takes a minute or two and may briefly interrupt your service.

22 lip 2024 · Refreshing your receiver can fix a lot of problems. The best part is that you can do it by yourself, day or night, right from the web. Here’s how you do it. First, go to DIRECTV’s “My Equipment” page. (you must be logged into your directv.com account.) Click “Refresh Receiver” next to the image of the receiver you want to refresh.
9 maj 2021 · You can call, chat with a DIRECTV representative on your computer, phone, or tablet, or simply login to your DIRECTV account, select "My Equipment", select the receiver that you want to refresh, and click "Refresh Receiver." (Note: The receiver you are trying to refresh must be turned on and connected to satellite 101.)
26 kwi 2024 · To refresh your DIRECTV receiver, simply press and hold the red reset button located on the front panel of the receiver for about 15 seconds. This will initiate the refresh process and the receiver will restart automatically.
