Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Account. Select Sign-in ID (Email address). Enter your new email address and click Confirm. You may need to sign in. You receive an email to your new email address asking you to verify your new sign-in ID. Click the Verify Now button in this email.

Go to the Account Management sign-in page and select Trouble Signing in? > Reset your password and enter your sign-in ID (email address). You are sent an email containing a secure link. The verification email can take a few minutes to arrive.

If you can't or you still don't have your answer, then you would need to contact PlayStation Support to see if you can recover the account. They will need identifying information from you to prove you are the owner of the account.

So, I want to change my sign in email for my PSN, but the problem is that I lost access to the original email that I used a while ago. I also don't remember the password. I tried contacting ps support, but none of them helped me at all. They all needed me to have access to the email I lost.
