A mark is a special marking that can be found exclusively on wild-caught Pokémon. Along with ribbons, a Pokémon's marks can be viewed and toggled from the ribbon menu on the summary page. Naturally, Pokémon can have no more than one mark. Marks cannot be obtained through breeding.

The Mark Charm increases the chance of catching a Pokémon with a mark. Most marks have a rate of 1 50 or 1 100. With the mark charm, this becomes a 3 50 or 3 100. It is currently unobtainable outside of using cheats and commands (for example with the /markcharm command, or with the Catching Charm item in Creative Mode). Shiny Charm.
